Volunteer Registration

Welcome! READ THE FOLLOWING - IT WILL AVOID CONFUSION

You will be creating a username and password that will allow you access and manage your own volunteer scheduling calendar. Once you have been approved using this system you do not need to reapply, you will use your username and password but will be taken directly to your home page where you can sign up for programs. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE PERSON VOLUNTEERING IS YOU AND NOT YOUR PARENT, GUARDIAN, FRIEND ETC.

This is a 4 step process.

  1. Submit the form and receive and email that the form has been received with an activation code.
  2. Enter the activation code. Wait for ANOTHER EMAIL telling you that you have been APPROVED. It is our policy to run background checks on all applicants 18 years of age and older. Approval takes 48-72 hours.
  3. Once you receive the 2nd email you then can login and see available opportunities to volunteer.
  4. Sign up to volunteer!

IF YOU LOG IN AND DO NOT SEE ANY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES- THAT MEANS YOU HAVE NOT YET BEEN APPROVED.  It takes 5-7 days for the approval process.

- The relationship between Team Activities for Special Kids and volunteers is an "at will" arrangement that may be terminated at
any time without cause by either the volunteer or Team Activities for Special Kids.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Team Activities for Special Kids of any change of information provided in this
application during the time I serve as a Team Activities for Special Kids volunteer.
